What You'll Do
- Prepare recurring financial and operational reports for executive leadership and corporate headquarters
- Develop management reporting packages, dashboards, and executive-level presentations
- Analyze trends, variances, and key business drivers, providing meaningful insights and recommendations
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to understand business activity and its financial impact
- Support month-end reporting and business performance reviews
- Consolidate large data sets from multiple sources into clear, actionable reporting
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and executive inquiries
- Present findings and recommendations in a concise and professional manner
What We're Looking For
✅ Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, graphs, and data analysis ✅ Strong financial reporting, business analysis, and variance analysis experience ✅ Ability to work with large data sets and translate information into business insights ✅ Experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations ✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills ✅ Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking abilities ✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✅ Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting month-end reporting cycles
- Manufacturing industry experience
- SAP experience
- Experience working within a global or multinational organization
- Japanese language skills are a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
