Instructional Assistant (IA) – Cyber Charter School (In-Home Support)
York, PA | In-Home | $22–$24/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one academic and behavioral support to students in their homes.
- Support cyber charter school instruction and help students stay engaged with learning.
- Assist students in meeting academic and IEP-related goals.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher required.
- Experience working with children, special education, or behavioral support required.
- Reliable transportation required for in-home travel.
Required Clearances:
- FBI Fingerprints
- PA Criminal Background Check
- Child Abuse Clearance
- Mandated Reporter Training
- TB test results
Schedule: Monday–Friday, school-day hours
