How the pay works

- Commission, uncapped — you earn on every appointment you set that becomes an installed project
- Realistic first year: $40,000–$60,000. Top setters: $80,000–$120,000+

What you’ll do

- Talk to homeowners in the field about solar, roofing, windows, and more
- Set qualified appointments for our closing team
- Learn a proven pitch and sales process from day one
- Hit daily and weekly activity goals
