What We’re Looking For
- Previous Toyota brand experience required
- Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician (MDT) preferred
- ASE Certification preferred
- Strong diagnostic ability
- Prior dealership experience
- Team-first mindset

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to OEM standards
- Handle warranty and customer-pay work with accuracy
- Produce 40–60+ flat-rate hours weekly
- Maintain strong efficiency and low comeback rate
- Complete thorough multi-point inspections
