About the Role
As an Advanced Artist, you will create high-volume, quality original prints and graphics for areas across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Merchandise color and print and present seasonal art direction to cross-functional partners
- Generate new ideas and concepts that expand beyond current assortments
- Research current artwork trends to influence conceptual direction for multiple categories and brands
- Analyze competitors and benchmarks to inform brand positioning and design strategies and initiatives
- Understand vendor capability for print technique and fabric base limitations
- Influence product direction and drive adoption through effective communication
- Generate post-production art and colorway revisions
- Additional tasks may be assigned
What Skills You Have
Required
- College degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design or a related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- CAD and/or Textile experience
- Ability to travel
Preferred
- 5+ years of experience in print design and graphic design, preferably in retail
- Previous retail experience
- Experience with Photoshop and Nedgraphics
This role is based at our New York Design Office. You’ll work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Pay Range: $90,600.00 - $153,100.00
