Production Associate – Multiple Shifts Available
Starting Pay: $18.75/hr + $0.75 Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd Shift
NPR is hiring Production Associates to support the production of piston rings used in the automotive industry worldwide. This role requires following standardized work instructions and adhering to safety and quality protocols to ensure efficient and safe production. This is a team-oriented position.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust manufacturing equipment
- Perform machine setup and changeovers
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow standardized work instructions and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate production documentation
- Support cross-training and team production goals
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Manufacturing environment with both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled areas
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and production equipment
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 pounds
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs

Qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to read instructions and perform basic math
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to meet attendance expectations and work scheduled hours
- Authorization to work in the United States
