The Office of the Missouri Attorney General has an opening in its Consumer Protection Section for a Consumer Service Operator. Primary responsibilities of this position include answering calls to the Consumer Protection Hotline involving consumer fraud and identifying ongoing scams that need immediate attention. Applicants must have excellent communication skills; be able to maintain confidentiality; work well under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; and exercise independent judgment. Applicants must be able to conduct internet-based research and use computer programs such as Word. Starting salary is $42,736.32. This position is open until filled. EOE
