Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for generating and nurturing sales opportunities through proactive outreach, relationship management, and support of the field sales team. This individual plays a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying qualified leads, managing inbound inquiries, coordinating with territory managers, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and motivated by building relationships and achieving measurable results in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate new leads and qualify inbound inquiries.

- Research and identify potential customers within target markets.

- Maintain accurate records of prospects, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system.

- Collaborate closely with Territory Managers and the Marketing team to support campaigns and events that drive pipeline growth.

- Schedule product demonstrations, virtual meetings, and follow-up calls for field sales representatives.

- Assist with quote generation, order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of sales materials.

- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective customers during early stages of the sales cycle.

- Deliver product knowledge and value messaging tailored to customer needs.

- Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

- Track and report on key performance metrics such as call activity, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.

- Support continuous improvement of sales tools, CRM processes, and outreach strategies.

- Other duties as needed or required.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 1-3 years of inside sales, business development, or customer service experience; experience in medical device, aesthetics, or technology industries a plus.

- Strong communication skills; confident, persuasive, and customer-focused.

- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment and meet or exceed targets.
