The Engineering Intern works within the engineering team to conduct meaningful work in aircraft design, certification, and manufacturing while developing professional skills through hands-on experience. Interns work alongside highly experienced engineers and are fully engaged in the company culture. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and test helicopter components and assemblies.

- Conduct research, data collection, and technical analysis to solve real-world engineering challenges.

- Assist in prototyping and validation of parts.

- Create detail, assembly, and installation design definitions using CAD software.

- Validate that designs meet customer expectations, design objectives, and regulatory requirements.

- Present findings and project outcomes at the conclusion of the internship.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

- Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in mechanical, aerospace, electrical, or other technical discipline.

- Proficient in the use of CAD software

- Demonstrated interest in aviation.

- Proven self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and strong work ethic.

- Excellent academic record.

- Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude who works well with others.

Desired qualifications

- Hands on project experience such as Formula SAE, Baja, Design Build Fly, or similar

- FAA Pilot Certificate
