Join the team at Aronimink Golf Club! We are seeking dedicated, energetic Banquet Servers to join our team for evening and weekend functions in a beautiful, classic setting. In this role, you will help execute exceptional dining experiences for weddings, golf tournaments, corporate events, and private club functions by setting up banquet spaces, delivering top-tier food and beverage service, and assisting with event teardown.

Key Responsibilities

- Event Setup: Set up dining spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and buffet/bar stations according to event layouts.

- Food & Beverage Service: Serve plated meals, pass hors d'oeuvres, manage buffet stations, and refill beverages attentively.

- Member & Guest Relations: Provide warm, attentive hospitality, answer questions about menu items, and accommodate dietary restrictions.

- Clearing & Maintenance: Bus tables promptly throughout service, maintain clean work stations, and keep dining rooms pristine.

- Teardown & Breakdown: Assist with post-event teardown, returning equipment to designated areas, and preparing rooms for upcoming events.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Availability: Must have reliable availability on Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays (holiday availability is a plus).

- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, and carry food/beverage trays weighing up to 30–50 lbs throughout shifts.

- Professionalism: Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a polished, professional appearance.

- Experience: Prior banquet, restaurant, or catering experience is preferred, but on-the-job training will be provided for eager candidates!
