Aronimink Golf Club is seeking experienced, service-driven individuals to join our Service Team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our Members in a world-class environment.

What You'll Do
- Welcome Members with warmth and professionalism, escorting them to their tables to create a positive first impression.
- Learn and understand the full menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings, so you can make informed recommendations.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders in NorthStar POS, noting special requests and dietary restrictions.
- Deliver orders promptly and gracefully, maintaining polished service and professional composure.
- Suggest appetizers, desserts, or premium beverages to elevate the Member experience and support revenue goals.
- Engage with Members throughout their dining experience, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with care.
- Ensure tables are properly set, stocked, and maintained to service standards.
- Work seamlessly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of your work area.
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and uphold all service and safety standards.
- Serve alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and Club policies.
- Report issues or concerns promptly to management.
- Follow all policies and procedures while modeling high standards of conduct.
Who You Are
- At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Someone with strong communication and guest relations skills who thrives in a hospitality setting.
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays.
- Professional and polished in appearance, arriving on time and ready to work in full uniform.
- Able to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, lift up to 25 lbs. independently (and more with assistance), and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, able to follow directions, read, write, and maintain focus under pressure.
- Committed to safety, sanitation, and service excellence.
- Previous country club or fine dining experience is preferred, but not required.
- RAMP certified or willing to become certified (training provided by the Club).

Salary: $18.00 per hour
