Crush Lounge is seeking an energetic, dependable, and guest-focused Part-Time Bartender to join our team.

This position pays $16.90 hour

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, taking food and beverage orders, providing knowledgeable and responsible alcohol service, and creating a welcoming guest experience. Because Crush is a flexible, team-focused operation, Bartenders may also provide table service on certain shifts or when additional floor coverage is needed .

Candidates should have basic knowledge of alcohol, spirits, beer, wine, and common cocktails and be comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Essential Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests.
- Provide full table service on certain shifts or when business needs require additional floor coverage.
- Maintain basic knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, cocktails, and current beverage offerings.
- Maintain knowledge of food menu items, ingredients, specials, and promotions.
- Make basic cocktail and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Follow recipes, proper pours, and established beverage standards.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible alcohol service.
- Follow all ID-verification and alcohol service policies.
- Deliver beverages and assist with food service when needed.
- Process guest checks and payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked bar.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and assigned side-work responsibilities.
- Assist with bar inventory and communicate low or out-of-stock items.
- Work closely with servers, bussers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain an efficient flow of service.
- Assist with high-volume nights, groups, special events, and buyouts.
- Adapt responsibilities based on the needs and volume of the business.

Bowling Lounge

Crush is also a bowling lounge. No previous bowling experience is required. Team members will receive hands-on training and gain basic experience assisting with the bowling operation as part of the role.

- Has previous bartending or relevant food and beverage experience.
- Has basic knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine .
- Is comfortable taking both food and beverage orders.
- Is comfortable providing table service when scheduled or needed.
- Provides warm, professional, and attentive guest service.
- Understands responsible alcohol service and ID-verification requirements.
- Works well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Is organized and able to manage multiple guest needs at once.
- Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
- Is dependable, punctual, and adaptable.
- Is willing to learn and assist in different areas of the operation.
- Is comfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, special events, and high-volume shifts as scheduled.

The Role

Crush is a fast-paced operation with many moving parts, so teamwork and adaptability are essential . While bartending is the primary responsibility of this position, our Bartenders are hospitality professionals who take food and beverage orders, interact directly with guests, and may provide table service based on the needs of the business.

We are looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, has a solid foundation of basic beverage knowledge, and is willing to jump in and support the team wherever needed to provide a great guest experience.
