Part-Time Busser – Crush Lounge
This position pays $16.90 hour
Position Overview
Crush Lounge is seeking a dependable, energetic, and adaptable Part-Time Busser to support our food and beverage operation.
The Busser plays an important role in keeping the restaurant clean, organized, and running efficiently. Primary responsibilities include bussing and resetting tables, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, running food, and supporting the service team throughout the shift.
Crush is a fast-paced restaurant and bowling lounge with a lot of moving parts. Team members should be comfortable adapting throughout their shift and assisting in different areas based on the needs of the business.
Essential Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain clean and organized tables, seating areas, service stations, and guest areas.
- Remove used dishes, glassware, trash, and other items throughout service.
- Assist with running food from the kitchen to guests.
- Support servers and bartenders throughout service as needed.
- Restock glassware, silverware, napkins, plates, and other service supplies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service stations.
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities.
- Complete regular cleaning duties throughout the restaurant.
- Monitor the floor and proactively recognize areas that need cleaning, resetting, restocking, or additional support.
- Assist with larger parties, groups, special events, and buyouts.
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and management.
- Follow all sanitation, food safety, workplace safety, and company standards.
- Adapt to changing business needs and assist the team in other areas of the operation when needed.
Downtime & Additional Responsibilities
When bussing needs are lighter, team members are expected to remain productive and assist with other areas of the operation.
During downtime, responsibilities may include running food, completing regular cleaning assignments, restocking and organizing service areas, preparing for upcoming reservations or events, and assisting with the bowling floor as needed .
Because Crush is also a bowling lounge, team members will receive hands-on training and experience with basic bowling operations . Previous bowling alley experience is not required.

The Role
Crush is an operation with a lot of moving parts , so teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability are important. While bussing and maintaining the floor are the primary responsibilities of this position, Bussers also help with food running, cleaning, organization, and general support throughout the lounge.
The ideal team member is someone who stays engaged, recognizes what needs to be done, and is willing to jump in and help keep the operation running smoothly.
