Position Overview
Supporting one of the largest QSR brands, the Assistant General Manager will support daily operations, develop your team, and help drive strong business results in a high-energy operation. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations while gaining the experience needed to grow into a leadership role.
This position is scheduled up to 40 hours per week. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner, Thursday-Sunday. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training team members
• Lead by example and work alongside the team during shifts
• Provide coaching and feedback to support team development and a positive team culture
• Hold team members accountable for performance and behavior
Operations & Guest Experience
• Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
• Address guest feedback and support service improvements
Business & Financial Performance
• Support sales growth through execution of promotions and initiatives
• Help manage labor, food costs, and cash handling
• Track performance and assist in achieving business goals
Administrative & Operational Support
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
• Complete basic reporting and administrative tasks
• Support and step in for the Store/Restaurant Manager as needed
What We’re Looking For
• Prior management or leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or customer-facing environment (QSR preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• ServSafe Certification (preferred)
