About this role

At Apple, great ideas travel fast—and the people behind them travel even faster.
Our Worldwide Travel team creates seamless, effortless journeys that empower Apple teams to do the best work of their lives. We are looking for an exceptional, visionary leader to helm our Americas Region Travel Program and champion our dedicated Executive Travel Operations.

In this role, you will balance two worlds: orchestrating the grand-scale logistics of a world-class travel program across the Americas, while delivering bespoke, white-glove service to Apple’s senior executive leadership. You will lead people, shape cutting-edge travel technology, manage high-stakes supplier partnerships, and inspire a large operational footprint to perform at its peak.

If you are a strategic thinker with flawless operational instincts, a passion for service excellence, and the poise to navigate high-profile demands with ease, this is your runway.

Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of progressive corporate travel management experience within a complex global enterprise
Proven track record leading large-scale operational ecosystems, encompassing both on-site operations and distributed/remote teams.
Direct supervisory experience managing dedicated teams and leading performance development.
Demonstrated experience evaluating, implementing, and optimizing corporate travel tech stacks (booking tools, expense management, duty of care).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (~20–25%).
Exceptional Service Instincts: A deep, intuitive grasp of high-touch customer care—equally adept at calming a stranded road warrior or orchestrating flawless itineraries for C-suite executives.
Operational Command & Velocity: A proven ability to navigate fast-moving, high-stakes environments with composure, urgency, and rock-solid problem-solving skills.
Inspiring People Leadership: Demonstrated success mentoring direct reports, steering large multi-layered teams, and driving vendor partners to achieve shared excellence.
Diplomacy & Executive Presence: Superb communication and relationship-building chops, with the natural authority to advise, collaborate with, and influence senior leaders across multiple disciplines.
Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Comfort toggling seamlessly between the 30,000-foot strategic vision and the tactical nuances of vendor SLAs, budgets, and compliance.
Integrity & Discretion: Unimpeachable judgment, ethical standards, and comfort operating with complete autonomy when handling confidential or sensitive scenarios.

Preferred Qualifications

Overseeing the broader Americas region.
