MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Procurement Analyst to join our team in Sunol, CA.
At this location we work together in an analytical laboratory environment performing isotopic, chemical and elemental analysis of materials on a production basis. This is a Full-Time position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage daily purchasing, including purchase orders and blanket orders
- Manage the purchasing credit card budget, documentation, and monthly reconciliation in compliance with company and government procedures
- Track vendor orders from placement through product delivery and payment
- Evaluate and qualify vendors according to our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation, while maintaining strong vendor relationships
- Stay current with required MANTECH purchasing systems and training
Minimum Qualifications:
- HS Diploma
- Mastery of MS Office suite
- 5+ years of experience in purchasing
- Familiarity with Coupa and Deltek Costpoint
Preferred Qualifications:
- AA or BA Degree in Business, Accounting or related field
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- Strong ability to organize and multitask, and detail oriented
Clearance Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the workday
- Need to occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery and communicate with co-workers, management, and customers
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
The projected compensation range for this position is $52,700.00-$87,000.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
