About this role

You will

- Lead the creative development of seasonal campaigns, product launches, cafe activations, and brand collaborations, from concept through execution.

- Develop campaign ideas and visual storytelling that are designed to resonate in Korea, with social and digital communication as key creative channels.

- Create and adapt compelling content across social, digital, cafe, retail, product packaging merchandise, and other brand touch points.

- Translate brand and business priorities into clear creative concepts, visual narratives, and campaign systems that can scale across multiple channels.

- Work closely with Go-To-Market, Product, PR/Social, Retail and cross-functional partners to ensure creative ideas are integrated into the broader campaign strategy.

- Steward and evolve the expression of Blue Bottle Coffee’s visual identity in Korea, balancing global brand consistency with local cultural relevance.

- Direct internal and external creative collaboration-including agencies, photographers, illustrators, creators and production partners- to ensure a consistently high standard of craft and execution.

- Stay close to culture, design, social behavior, and emerging creative formats to identify new ways for Blue Bottle to communicate with its audience.

You have

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant creative design experience.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, brand storytelling, social/digital communication, and high-quality visual execution across multiple touchpoints.

- Experience working with premium, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, culture, or design-led brands is preferred.

- Proven experience leading integrated campaigns from concept development through production and launch across digital and physical touchpoints.

- Strong understanding of social content, digital behavior, and contemporary visual culture, particularly within the Korean market.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong knowledge of print, packaging, production, and digital design.

- Experience briefing, directing, and managing external creative and production partners.

- Strong communication skills in Korean and working proficiency in English.
