About the Role
Is recruiting for energetic Production Operators in the Asheville and Hendersonville areas. This fast-paced role is essential to the production line and is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active and working in a physical environment. If you have a steady work history and a strong work ethic, we want to meet you!
What you will do:
Perform mass packing, picking, sorting, labeling, and packaging tasks. Handle line work and stacking duties in a fast-paced environment. Remain on your feet 100% of the work day while maintaining high energy. Utilize excellent hand/eye coordination to ensure quality and speed. Lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift. Report daily progress and tasks to the line supervisor or manager.
What you will bring:
A minimum of 6 months of steady work history. The ability to work independently and follow safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand for long durations and lift heavy materials. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
