Waipuna Hotel & Conference Centre is looking for experienced and motivated  Baker to join our Pastry team.  We need an adaptable chef that enjoys delivering a range of delightful treats for our conference and hotel guests.

What we need from you:

- Minimum of 1 years experience as a Baker

- If you have experience in Pastry, Restaurant or Conferencing kitchens, that is also valuable

- The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for (but not limited to) bakery production; and provide support as needed in Pastry production

- Effectivley minimises wastage and maintainins a clean, hygienic and safe working area

- Excellent time management and works well under pressure

- An eye for detail and high standards

- Be a team player and excellent communicator

- Have a positive can-do attitude and bring your best every day

- A qualification in Food Cookery or Culinary Arts is essential.
