2 years experience preparing food in a high volume/institutional environment Required
General Experience with production equipment including electric slicers, convection ovens, deck ovens, tilting skillet, deep fat fryers, steamers, steam kettles, mixers, meat grinders, and food choppers Preferred
Licenses
ServSafe Certification Preferred
