Role Summary

Responsible for process engineering design, analysis, and technical review for LNG, Refining, Petrochemical, and Chemical projects across Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC phases. Ensure technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and coordination with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and review Process Design Basis, PFDs, P&IDs, H&MBs, process calculations, operating philosophies, and utility systems.
- Perform equipment sizing and process design for pumps, compressors, vessels, columns, reactors, heat exchangers, and utility systems.
- Prepare process datasheets and perform hydraulic, thermal, and utility calculations.
- Conduct process simulation and analysis using Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Pipesim, and Flarenet.
- Perform control valve, PSV/PRV sizing, flare analysis, and process safety studies.
- Participate in HAZOP, SIL reviews, model reviews, and risk assessments.
- Support Greenfield and Brownfield projects through Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC phases.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Piping, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civil, and Safety disciplines.
- Review vendor documents, licensor packages, engineering deliverables, MTOs, line lists, and equipment lists.
