ABOUT THE ROLE
- Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and be a thought partner with Data Infrastructure forward strategy.
- Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines and data integrations that pull from various source systems — liberating the data and reducing manual, spreadsheet-driven reporting across the team.
- Serve as a cross-functional partner for data and reporting needs across departments and franchise business partners.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give finance, operations, and franchise leadership self-serve access to the numbers that matter.
- Develop tools and models that bridge accounting data with operational analytics for month-end close, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Support month-end close and management reporting with accurate, timely, well-documented analytics.
- Develop and promote data management methodologies and standards.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience supporting accounting or finance with growing analytics or reporting responsibility; multi-unit restaurant, retail, or franchise experience is a plus.
- Experience building dashboards or reports in Domo, Power BI, or Tableau like system.
- A self-starter with a process-improvement mindset who genuinely enjoys finding a better, faster, more automated way to get to the answer and a track record of automating manual processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insight for non-technical stakeholders.
