Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Develop and optimize manufacturing capacity plans.
- Prepare and monitor annual manufacturing budgets.
- Plan facility expansion and infrastructure development.
- Lead manufacturing readiness for new product launches.
- Design efficient manufacturing processes and production lines.
- Optimize material flow and logistics within the facilities.
- Drive productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Identify and implement capacity improvement measures.
- Collaborate with Quality teams to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Lead cross-functional engineering projects ensuring compliance and safety.

## Education Qualification
Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical; Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
General Experience
5 to 8 years in Manufacturing out of which 3 to 4 years in Process Engg. / Mfg. Engg. would be preferred
