IT Operation Executive

We are looking for an IT Executive to join Snoonu's IT Operations team, providing dependable Tier 1-2 technical support to employees while contributing to network design, asset management, and workplace technology projects. This is a great opportunity for a support-driven IT professional who wants to build technical depth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a clear path to more senior IT roles.

🛠 What You’ll Get Your Hands On:
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to employees via phone, portal, and remote tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the design and implementation of networks, Wi-Fi, and LAN connectivity.
- Consult with users on hardware/software needs and deliver training on new tools.
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventories in coordination with IT Coordinators.
- Build and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles.
- Support small-scale technology rollouts under senior guidance.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff with clear context and troubleshooting history.

🧙‍♂️ The Magic You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in IT service support or a related role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and IT service management.
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools for logging and resolving requests.
- Proven troubleshooting ability for moderately complex IT issues.
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and user-training skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

✨ Bonus Points if You Have:
- Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Miro, or similar collaboration tools.
- ITIL Foundation, Network+, MCSA, or CCNA certification.
- Experience supporting hybrid or multi-office teams.
