What your job will look like?
- Lead and orchestrate the end-to-end release lifecycle for ADAS and Autonomous Vehicle software products, from planning through delivery and post-release follow-up.
- Own release planning, schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables—ensuring releases are delivered on time, at high quality, and with controlled risk.
- Proactively identify release risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate when needed.
- Partner closely with Development, Integration, QA, Product, Program Management, and other stakeholders to ensure release readiness and smooth execution.
- Define, track, and communicate release-health metrics, providing clear visibility into progress, quality, risks, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the central point of contact for release-related communication, including release plans, status updates, decisions, scope changes, and go/no-go milestones.
- Establish and maintain release governance, including readiness criteria, approval processes, change-control practices, and retrospective reviews.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation for release artifacts, procedures, configurations, dependencies, and lessons learned.
- Drive improvements to build, integration, and deployment workflows by developing and maintaining automation tools and scripts.
- Promote best practices in CI/CD, software configuration management, release engineering, and DevOps across the organization.
- Stay current with relevant industry trends and technologies, and translate them into practical improvements to Mobileye’s release processes and tooling.
All you need is:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field - required.
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, ideally in Release Management, DevOps, Software Engineering, or a similar role — required.**
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional software releases in a large-scale engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including release planning and delivery within iterative development cycles.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple dependencies and competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
- Hands-on experience with release and development tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Jenkins - an advantage.
- Programming or scripting experience, preferably in Python - an advantage.
- An M.Sc., MBA, or demonstrated experience working with large-scale, complex software systems - an advantage.
