About this role
About the role
If you're already in the gym 5 days a week and training seriously, this role is built for you. We're looking for a Smartwatch Testing Intern who trains hard and consistently, and can put real smartwatch hardware through real workouts - strength training, running, cycling etc. to test whether it actually keeps up. You'll work hands-on with our QA and Firmware teams, using your own training sessions to benchmark accuracy and help us ship a better wearable product. This isn't a desk-only testing role - your regular training is the core of the job.
What You'll Do • Test Pre-launch smartwatches during real workouts - gym, running, strength training & sports. • Execute firmware test cases on pre-production devices; log observations and issues clearly. • Record and organize test data in Excel / Google Sheets. • Benchmark competitor smartwatches and summarize feature & accuracy differences. • Raise bug tickets with screenshots, logs, and reproduction steps. • Collaborate with QA, Firmware, and Product teams during validation cycles. • Support user testing sessions and help collect structured feedback. • Keep test devices and lab setup maintained and ready to go.
Who You Are • Fitness is genuinely a part of your lifestyle - gym, strength training, running, sports, HIIT etc. • You've been training consistently for 6+ months, no long breaks, no "getting back into it." • Detail-oriented with decent Excel / Sheets skills. • You actively use a smartwatch, fitness band or any fitness tracker.
What You Get • Hands-on exposure to pre-production hardware and firmware testing. • Mentorship from QA and Product engineers. • A strong portfolio entry in wearable tech QA
•Pre-placement offer opportunity based on performance.
