About the Team
The FMCG Health Account Management team supports the growth of Health brands and sellers on E-Commerce by driving campaign participation, coordinating platform support, conducting business review and analysis, resolving operational concerns, and identifying opportunities to improve seller performance.

About the Role
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in account management, e-commerce operations, campaign execution, performance analysis, and stakeholder coordination while working with leading Health brands in the Philippine e-commerce space.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of assigned Health brands and sellers by identifying growth opportunities, addressing blockers, and monitoring action plans.
- Drive seller participation in category and platform campaigns, including campaign registration, KLS nominations, and timely completion of campaign deliverables
- Assist in planning and executing brand showcases and campaign activations in coordination with sellers and cross-functional teams.
- Help manage campaign support, including voucher and subsidy setup, competitor price checks, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate with sellers and relevant internal teams to resolve operational concerns
- Complete the internship program by presenting a performance review and growth recommendations for a selected assigned account

Minimum Qualification(s)
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, Economics, or a related field
- Good attention to detail, with a high standard for accuracy and
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated to learn about e-commerce, social commerce, digital marketing, and the Philippine Health and FMCG industry.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Familiarity with Philippine e-commerce platforms
- Previous internship, academic project, or organization experience related to account management, sales, marketing, e-commerce, or FMCG
- Collaborative, adaptable, and open to changes and new challenges.
- Proactive, hardworking, eager to learn, and willing to take initiative.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
