Your day-to-day mission

- Translate business needs into optimal functional solutions within the Euroclear ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment with architectural principles and long-term strategic goals.
- Provide expert support during production escalations, offering a transversal perspective.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively.
- Act as a reference point for settlement-related functional design.
- Drive strategic initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Foster creative thinking and collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and outsourcing partners.
- Lead high-level analysis and guide detailed implementation.
- Drive solution definition and ensure design integrity throughout delivery.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

- 5+ years of experience in functional design.
- Experience within financial settlement systems is a nice to have.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to challenge and validate third-party solutions and budgets.
- Risk awareness and anticipation mindset.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
