Guest Experience Associate - Entertainment Venue

As a Guest Experience Associate, you'll be the face of our Venue — welcoming Players, guiding them through the experience, and delivering the kind of genuine, playful hospitality that keeps people coming back. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Welcome and engage Guests with energy and enthusiasm throughout the Venue, providing tours, wayfinding, and check-in support

- Explain the Level99 concept, room offerings, and gameplay experience to drive admissions and on-site sales

- Enforce safety rules and monitor Guest welfare, communicating any concerns to leadership promptly

- Support retail operations including transactions, restocking, and maintaining organized displays

- Assist with POS usage, cash handling, account creation, and troubleshooting

- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of Guest areas, workstations, and shared spaces

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

- Friday and weekend availability — a must; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays

- Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

- Positive, upbeat, team-first attitude

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

- 1+ year in a guest- or customer-facing role

- Retail sales experience

- Public speaking or performance background

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
