Job Title: Music Teacher
Location: Southwark
Salary: £160-£185 per day

Hours : 4 days a week Tuesday-Friday, 8.30am-4.30pm

LSC is a team of subject specialists who support primary schools across the UK with PPA cover. Our team of educators is dedicated to creating a supportive and engaging environment for our students.

Role Overview:

As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective music lessons to primary school students. You will create a positive learning atmosphere, encourage student participation, and help students develop their musical skills and appreciation for music.

The school are interested to see someone who has a skillset based around piano and singing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of all students.
- Teaching: Deliver dynamic and interactive music lessons that inspire and motivate students.
- Assessment: Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the school's overall success.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills.

What we're looking for...

Qualifications:

- Degree in Music or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (Essential)

Experience:

- Previous experience teaching music at the primary level.
- Proven track record of delivering engaging and effective lessons.
