About this role

Key Responsibilities

Special Projects Support

- Support execution of special projects from initial scoping through analysis and delivery.
- Assist in structuring project workplans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Contribute to initiatives spanning strategy, operations, financial analysis, and organizational insight.

Analytics & Financial Analysis

- Build and maintain financial models, analytical tools, and scenario analyses.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support preparation of decision‑ready analysis for leadership and stakeholders.

Research & Insight Development

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategic recommendations.
- Synthesize findings into clear summaries, presentations, and supporting materials.
- Assist with due diligence, benchmarking, and business case development.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

- Partner with teams across Finance, Operations, and Philanthropies to gather inputs and validate analyses.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project outputs.
- Support communication and tracking of deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

Execution & Process Support

- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across analytical outputs.
- Support documentation of methodologies, assumptions, and project learnings.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in analytical tools, templates, and project processes.

Qualifications

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Public Policy, or a related field required.

Experience

- 4–7+ years of relevant experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting complex, analytical, or cross‑functional projects preferred.
- Exposure to professional services, philanthropy, or nonprofit environments a plus.

The base salary range for this position is:
$135,000 - 155,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits as well as the potential for an annual bonus consideration.
