About this role
The Content Promotion Strategy Manager supports the development and execution of content promotion strategies across Caesars iGaming brands, with a focus on driving player engagement, retention, and profitable growth. This role manages the day-to-day promotional workflow, coordinates campaign communications and execution, and partners across internal teams to bring promotions from strategy through launch while maintaining operational accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Key Relationships: External Vendors, Property Marketing and Operations Teams, iGaming Product Team, iGaming Marketing Team, iGaming CRM Team .
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming or online sports.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Understanding of iGaming platforms, player behavior, and regulatory environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
- Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and player problems, in a timely manner.
- Ability to simultaneously manage several projects and remain adaptable to changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles. to achieving objectives.
- Respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in regulated U.S. & Canadian markets.
- Familiarity with loyalty program design, gamification mechanics, and experiential marketing.
The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00USD, which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience, geography, business needs and market demand.
