Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support production operations here in Fremont, CA.
The Material Handler is responsible for the timely movement, storage, and distribution of materials, components, and finished goods to support production and operational requirements. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains a safe work environment, and supports business objectives through efficient material handling practices during the swing shift.
Temporary Assignment: Temp-to-Hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, and business needs.
Day Shift - Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Basic computer and inventory management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Preferred
- Previous experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate, or similar role.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Ability to work within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution center setting.
- Exposure to moving machinery, material handling equipment, and varying temperatures.
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as applicable.

For candidates in CA: The pay range for this position is $19.33 - $32.84 per hour, non-exempt.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
