About this role

Job Title: Regional Support Associate Job Description The Regional Support Associate plays a key role in processing customer orders, preparing quotes for chemicals, equipment, and service activities, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This position independently manages most customer interactions, ensuring accurate order entry, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

- Receive and process customer orders promptly and accurately, ensuring timely delivery and addressing customer inquiries or concerns related to orders.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the Regional Support Lead or Management when necessary.
- Retrieve information from records, email, and other related documents and communicate responses clearly and professionally.
- Route unresolved cases to the appropriate Regional Support team members for further action.
- Enter accurate and up-to-date information into the ERP system, validating data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures before submission.
- Identify recurring issues or trends in customer orders or processes and communicate these to the Regional Support Lead or Management to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues as needed to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes organizational effectiveness, clear communication, and safety.
- Attend meetings as required and participate in committees when requested to support departmental and organizational initiatives.
- Adhere to and support all safety policies, procedures, and guidelines in both office and occasional warehouse or production settings.
- Participate in the company’s performance review program and independently track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Engage in professional growth and development through participation in educational programs and training opportunities.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned to support regional operations and customer service.
- Work a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, maintaining reliability and consistency in attendance.

Essential Skills

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Datacor, Job Boss, or Acumatica, including data entry and validation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications used for documentation and communication.
- Ability to work with ticketing systems and order entry tools to manage customer requests and track case progress.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal colleagues.
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

- Experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly with ERP systems used in production or distribution settings.
- Comfort working in an environment adjacent to a production floor, including managing tasks amid varying noise levels.
- Interest in ongoing professional development through educational programs and training.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Commitment to supporting organizational safety practices and following established policies and procedures.

Work Environment This position is based in an office environment equipped with standard office technology, including computers, phones, and printers. The office is located adjacent to a production floor, and noise levels reflect this setting. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting, working at a desk, and using a computer, and employees are expected to follow standard office safety practices. Although the work is primarily performed away from the production or warehouse floor, responsibilities may occasionally require collaboration with vendors and suppliers in warehouse or production areas, where typical industrial hazards may be present. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, within a culture that encourages growth, supports professional development, and genuinely cares about its people.

This is a Contract position based out of York, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
