Ready to build a career in the trades? As an HVAC Install Apprentice , youll work alongside experienced Jolly craftsmen and learn the skills needed to install heating and cooling systems the right way.
This is an opportunity to get your hands dirty, learn a valuable trade, and grow into a skilled HVAC Installation Technician. You dont have to know everything on day one—were looking for someone who is willing to learn, works hard, and takes pride in doing things the right way.

What Youll Do
- Assist experienced HVAC Install Technicians with residential heating and cooling system installations
- Learn how to properly install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment
- Assist with removing old HVAC equipment and preparing homes for new installations
- Learn and follow proper installation procedures, safety practices, and manufacturer specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Help keep the jobsite clean, organized, and respectful of the customer's home
- Load, unload, and organize equipment, tools, and materials
- Learn to identify and troubleshoot basic installation issues
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Participate in Jolly training and ongoing development opportunities
- Work toward becoming a skilled, independent HVAC Installation Technician
Qualifications
What Were Looking For
Were looking for someone who is ready to learn a trade and build a career , not just find a job.
- Previous HVAC experience is helpful, but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and an interest in how things work
- Willingness to learn from experienced technicians
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, and other residential environments
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and physically demanding conditions
- Ability to lift equipment and materials and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
- Professional appearance and communication
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to safety and doing quality work
