Position Overview

As an Electrician Service Technician , you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential and commercial electrical systems throughout the Tri-State area. You will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose electrical issues and provide repair or replacement options to customers

- Install, repair, and maintain electrical panels, circuits, wiring, outlets, lighting, and related components

- Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and local electrical codes

- Communicate daily with customers, dispatch, managers, inspectors, and other team members

- Review job plans, material needs, and equipment prior to arriving at customer locations

- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment at each job site

- Keep your company vehicle clean, inside and out

- Maintain accurate truck inventory

- Properly complete all required paperwork and documentation

- Maintain a clean, professional appearance

- Participate in ongoing training to grow as a professional and stay up to date with industry standards

- Obtain and maintain necessary electrical licensing and certifications (we can help you get there!)

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work

- Working knowledge of NEC code requirements

- Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy and efficiency

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Valid drivers license and clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications
