P osition Overview
Job Title: HVAC Technician
Location: Davenport, IA
Schedule: Full-Time | 8-hour shifts | Overtime Available | On-call Rotation
Pay Range: up to $35 per hour (DOE)
What You'll Do
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of commercial and industrial HVAC systems
Install and replace HVAC and refrigeration equipment
Perform system inspections, testing, and maintenance
Conduct warranty work, adjustments, and repairs
Adhere to safety standards and customer expectations
Maintain detailed service records and complete work efficiently
What Were Looking For
Required:
3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Certification
Iowa HVAC License (or the ability to obtain within the probation period)
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Experience with educational, commercial, or industrial facilities
Familiarity with chillers, cooling towers, boilers, pumps, burners, RTUs, VRF, and VAV systems
OSHA 10 certification or higher
OEM certifications (Trane, Carrier, Daikin, etc.)
