The Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8am–7pm | Saturday, 8am–6pm (one Saturday per month, with a weekday off in exchange) These are Sales hours open for the day, this is not your set working schedules of hours.
The Pay
Up to $250,000 in earning potential, based on performance
The Job
- Lead and coach Product Specialists to hit and beat their sales goals
- Hire and train new Product Specialists
- Structure offers that work for the customer and the dealership
- Know every factory and dealer incentive cold and apply it correctly
- Submit credit apps and match buyers to the right lender
- Step in to close deals (T.O.) when reps need backup
- Handle tough customer moments with professionalism
- Keep the GM in the loop on wins, problems, and next moves
What You Need
- Leadership experience, sales or management background
- Strong communication skills, in person and electronic
- Comfort with CRM and dealership software
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Clean driving record (2 years)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
