What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As a Warehouse Worker / Package Handler, we count on you to:
Be Safe: Prioritize safety above all else—it is our #1 core value.
Sort & Unload: Efficiently unload trailers and sort incoming packages accurately by zip codes.
Load: Securely load delivery trucks to prepare drivers for their routes.
Collaborate: Be a true team player, working together with your peers to get the job done daily.
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Competencies)
Physical Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of your shift and lift up to 50–55 lbs.
Reliability: A strong track record of being dependable, flexible, and punctual.
Adaptability: Comfort working in a warehouse environment where temperatures vary by season (heat and cold).
Dress Code & Equipment Requirements
To ensure your safety on the warehouse floor, the following dress code is strictly enforced :
Attire: Plain shirt or T-shirt, dark jeans, and closed-toe shoes.
Safety: No dangling jewelry is permitted.
Recommended: Work boots and protective gloves are highly recommended for this role.
Hiring Requirements
Must be able to pass a basic and county background check.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
