Baptist Health is hiring a Scheduling Analyst-UKG in Jacksonville, FL. This is a Full-time Day shift opportunity.

Scheduling Analyst, Job Responsibilities:

- Serves as a key operational and technical resource supporting workforce scheduling optimization across the healthcare system.
- Partners closely with nursing leadership, operational departments, Human Resources, payroll, and Information Technology to design, maintain, enhance, and support scheduling systems and workflows.
- Expected to have a strong understanding of healthcare staffing operations, scheduling practices, and labor management principles while providing consultative support to operational leaders.
- Requires strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to translate operational needs into scalable scheduling solutions.

Experience Requirements:

- 3-5 years Supporting scheduling systems in a healthcare or hospital environment- (required)

Education & Credential Requirements:

- BA/BS (preferred) - Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- High school diploma required.
