Elementary Teacher (US Curriculum)
An American school in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified and experienced Elementary Teacher to join its team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and supporting student development within a US curriculum environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Elementary Homeroom lessons to middle and high school students in line with the US curriculum
- Create a positive and structured classroom environment that supports student learning
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons effectively to meet a range of student needs
- Monitor student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Contribute to the wider school community and uphold high academic and professional standards
Required Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education - required
- PGCE or PGDE or Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
- Valid state or national teaching license (e.g., US Teaching License, UK QTS, or MoE Teaching License
- Minimum of 3 years of full-time teaching experience in middle school or secondary school within accredited schools
- Available to join immediately
