Job Description
The Delinquency Specialist -Coordinator supports the Delinquency Leadership team by assisting with system setup, branch onboarding, project coordination, and operational support activities related to C3 and the Delinquency Portal. This entry-level role serves as a key point of contact for branch support requests and helps ensure projects, system updates, and account setups are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to learn.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with coordinating setup activities for new branches in C3 and the Delinquency Portal.
- Support branch onboarding and transition processes within company systems.
- Serve as a first point of contact for basic C3 and Delinquency Portal setup requests and inquiries.
- Respond to branch support requests and escalate issues as needed.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners to help resolve operational and homeowner association-related issues.
- Track, document, and monitor support requests, project activities, and system changes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide updates on project progress and support activity.
- Assist with testing, system updates, and process improvement initiatives.
- Support the Delinquency team by providing guidance on processes and procedures as needed.
- Complete assigned projects and tasks within established deadlines.
- Generate reports and maintain project documentation.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review information and identify potential issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers.
- Ability to learn company systems, processes, and delinquency workflows.
- Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering timely and accurate support.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work independently with guidance as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while supporting departmental goals.
- Experience with Delinquency Portal, C3, project coordination, or account management systems is a plus but not required.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field preferred but not required.
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, project coordination, operations support, accounting support, or a related field.
- Equivalent combinations of education, internships, and relevant work experience will be considered.
