JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Perform urodynamic testing, Percutaneous Tibial Nerve Stimulation (PTNS), and other specialized urological procedures while providing compassionate, patient-centered care in an outpatient healthcare setting.
- Educate and support patients throughout procedures by explaining processes, addressing questions and concerns, and helping ensure a comfortable and positive patient experience.
- Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot procedure equipment and supplies to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized clinical environment.
- Follow established infection prevention and control practices, healthcare safety standards, and HIPAA requirements to protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of specialized supplies and equipment needed for urological procedures, ensuring appropriate supplies are readily available for daily clinical operations.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical staff to support efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Cross-train to provide comprehensive clinical support throughout the outpatient practice, including patient rooming, assisting with procedures, collecting and documenting patient data, and accurately entering information into the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while ensuring all patient information is handled in accordance with HIPAA and organizational policies.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of 20.59 - 30.89 USD Hourly, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
