Qualifications

We are looking for a competent Server to take orders and deliver them to our Guests maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service. You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and follow established health and safety standards. The goal is to accelerate our business development by providing customers with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

- Work in a team-oriented, guest-centric environment to provide an extraordinary guest experience.

- Demonstrating genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with the guest and delivering an exceptional dining experience.

- Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the beverages and ingredients.

- Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve beverages that meet or exceed guests expectations.

- Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return.

- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.

Requirements :

- Must be 21 years or older

- Proven customer serving/waitering experience

- Customer-oriented approach and patience

- Problem solving and decision-making skills

- Hands on experience in cashier duties

- Excellent people skills

- Responsible and trustworthy

- Attention to cleanliness and safety

- High school diploma
