NEPA Coordinator - Transportation Department

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a trusted advisor by guiding project teams and clients through environmental requirements and providing clear, informed recommendations.

- Follow the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for design projects.

- Follow the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) for design projects.

- Coordinate submittal of all required documents.

- Work with multiple groups at HRC to gather the required submittal documents.

- Ensure projects are following these regulations.

- Provides early preliminary environmental review for infrastructure grant applications.

- Conducts reviews of local, state, and federal policies, as needed.
