About this role

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

May perform any or all of the following duties:

- Displays outstanding leadership skills; provides coaching, guidance and development advice to franchisees

- Executes the Companys strategic plan and marketing/operational performance standards

- Setup Franchise business reviews and create / monitor / support action plans to improve desirable outcomes from such reviews

- Conducts operational reviews and evaluations including assisting the franchisees in identifying business opportunities and finding solutions to sales and cost controls

- Provides strategic operational support in the areas of service standards; product quality control; training; safety; sanitation and new restaurant openings

- Assists with restaurant development planning and execution; including sub-market identification; site approval and kitchen design issues

- Aids franchisees in developing and executing a systematic training program and provides restaurant opening assistance

- Communicates changes in the Companys specifications and procedures

- Attends seminars and completes other training to remain current on industry trends

- Participates in company meetings, webinars and conference calls

- Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIES

- Must possess approximately six (6) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of Restaurant Operations, Franchise management, or a related field

- Bachelors Degree required

- Must have a demonstrated track record of meeting operational goals; standards; building sales and maximizing profits

- Must have the ability to determine expectations, measures effectiveness in processes, enforce quality standards and meet commitments

- Must have excellent problem resolutions skills and the ability to maintain relationships

- Must display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business results

- Must have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive information

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Corporate Office fast paced, high volume of activity and a deadline driven environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Sitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouse

- Travels as needed approximately seventy-five (75) %
