Production Worker
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (10-Hour Shifts, 3-Day Weekends)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr.
Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented production worker to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will assemble custom frames encapsulating foam components using standard hand and power tools, followed by prep and packaging for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble metal structural frames to enclose foam inserts according to specifications.
Utilize power drills, rivet guns, tape measures, and basic hand tools safely and efficiently.
Perform continuous precision measurement to ensure parts meet tight quality standards.
Securely pack finished assembled units for shipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Tool Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience using power drills, rivet guns, and tape measures.
Dexterity: Strong mechanical aptitude and comfortable working continuously with your hands.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and lift for 10-hour shifts.
Reliability: Must have valid, reliable personal transportation to guarantee punctual attendance.
Drug-Free: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Availability: Must be ready to start immediately and commit to a 4x10 schedule.
