About this role

This position is reserved for individuals who have experience with inventory and packaging.

Position Summary

Performs daily pick-and-pull for outbound orders, runs cycle counts, audits inventory, and manages reorder of packaging materials and consumables. The detail-anchor of the fulfillment function.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick and pull finished goods against outbound orders accurately

- Conduct daily cycle counts and weekly full audits of finished goods and bulk inventory

- Reconcile physical counts to system records; investigate variances immediately

- Maintain par levels for packaging materials, lab supplies, and consumables; place reorders

- Receive inbound shipments; verify against POs; put away in proper locations

- Maintain organized, labeled storage in the vault and warehouse

- Generate inventory reports as requested

Required Qualifications

- 1+ year warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience

- Proficiency with inventory or WMS software; comfort with spreadsheets

- High accuracy and attention to detail

- Must pass Kentucky cannabis agent background check

Preferred Qualifications

- Cannabis inventory experience

- Experience with METRC or similar tracking systems

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

- Standing, walking, bending throughout shift

- Lift up to 50 lb

- Work in warehouse and vault environments
