About this role

### Position Summary
Executes harvest, drying, bucking, and trimming work. The largest single team in the facility. Sized to process one room per week at ~200 lb dry equivalent, with up to 30% diverted to fresh frozen.

### Key Responsibilities

- Cut down, hang, or process plants for fresh frozen as assigned
- Buck dried flower from stems efficiently and without damage
- Operate machine trimmers and/or hand-trim flower to grading standard
- Weigh and label all batches accurately; record in tracking system as directed
- Sort flower into A-bud, B-bud, smalls, and trim/shake categories
- Bag, weigh, and freeze fresh frozen material within required time window
- Sanitize tools, surfaces, and trim machines between batches
- Maintain a clean and organized production area

### Required Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED
- Willingness to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work for full shifts
- Reliable attendance
- Must pass Kentucky cannabis agent background check

### Preferred Qualifications

- Prior cannabis trim, buck, or harvest experience
- Experience operating machine trimmers

### Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

- Sit or stand 8+ hours with repetitive hand motion
- Lift up to 50 lb
- Cold environment exposure during fresh frozen work
- Strong cannabis aroma throughout shift
