Summary

- This role offers the opportunity to work in Med/Surg, with the possibility of other areas if needed.
- The RN delivers patient care within the hospital setting under the supervision of a Physician or Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
- Supports direct care staff and facilitates efficient patient flow.
- Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of patients, maintaining emergency equipment and other resources necessary for providing safe, high-quality care.

Schedule

- Casual position | On-site
- Various shifts as needed. Weekdays, weekend and holidays.

Pay

- Starting pay begins at $42.86 per hour. Actual rate depends on experience and degree level. Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour

Qualifications

- Associate or higher RN degree in Nursing from accredited school of nursing required.
- RN experience preferred but not required. New Graduates welcome to apply!
- RN License from the State of Minnesota required.
- BLS required within 6 months of hire.
- ACLS required within 1 year of hire.
- TNCC/CALS required within 1 year of hire or first opportunity when trained to charge.

Department

The CentraCare Benson Hospital is a 21-bed critical access hospital with an attached rural health clinic. A $5.3 million clinic and hospital addition/renovation project was completed in the fall of 2013. Our group of family physicians, nurse practitioners and visiting specialists work together to provide a wide range of medical services for Benson and the surrounding area.
